Hi Tessa;
Since the Engineer position that normally reviews non -discharge permit applications and renewals for the RRO is
currently vacant, I reviewed the subject major permit modification application package for applicable set -backs, design
issues, and potential regulatory compliance issues. I did not find any reason to request additional information and
recommend moving forward with revising the permit utilizing the information provided in the application.
I am submitting this email in lieu of a standard staff report form.
Please let me know if this is OK, and if you need anything else from us at this time.
