Richard RRT Development, LLC PO Box 190 Clayton,NC 27528 RE: Project Name: Mason Point Subdivision—lots included Project ID: JC918-109-P Submitted By: Dalton Engineering and Associates Resubmittal Date: April 10, 2019 Dear Mr. Richard: We have reviewed the Stormwater Management Plan and calculations submitted for the above referenced subdivision. Based upon the information submitted, the plans have been approved with the following conditions: l. The maximum impervious surfaces approved for this subdivision is 5200 ft2 per lot for 26 lots. Note that based upon the nitrogen calculations, the maximum imperviousness for Mason Pointe West is also 5200 ft2 per lot for 14 lots. Any deviation from the number of lots of maximum imperviousness per lot will require additional calculations to verify imperviousness and nitrogen loading. 2. Please indicate all drainage easements, riparian buffers,jurisdictional wetlands, and flood hazard areas on the Final Plat. 3. A stormwater certification by the engineer of record will be required at the completion of the project. A letter of credit or bond certified by the engineer of record must be submitted for any outstanding work prior to final plat recordation. A copy of this letter will be forwarded to the Planning Office for their files.
