Jenny Faulkner (WWTP Backup ORC) was present and assisted in the inspection. Overall the facility was in compliance with requirements set forth in Permit No. WQ0032855. Doug Barrick, Town Manager, was informed of the need for a concrete pad around the sludge fill station (Digester). Henry Edwards (permitted field owner) no longer wishes to be in the program. Rutherfordton is actively seeking new fields to add to their permit. From the top of the digester the sampling device is dipped approximately 20 times (1 quart each dip).
