This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0037135. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". David Key, with SSB was present and assisted in the inspection. Overall the land application appeared to be carried out in compliance with Permit No. WQ0037135. This was the first liquid land application event for this field. The trucks appeared to be well maintained. Each truck had a spill control plan, maintenance log and hauling record. It is a recommended the verification of vertical separation between the seasonal high water table and the depth of residuals be added into Souther Soil Builders Operation and Maintenance Plan.
