Please reference your DA permit concerning the Croomsbridge Road Mitigation
Site. Based on the submitted monitoring reports and multiple site visits, we concur with
your recommendation that the construction and success criteria requirements of the
mitigation plan have been satisfied and that monitoring of the site can be discontinued.
The Declaration of Restrictions documents have been recorded with the Pender
County Register of,Deeds. Therefore, the preservation requirements of the DA permit
have been satisfied.
