On March 19, 2019 staff from the North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR) performed
an announced, routine compliance inspection of land application activities conducted under
Permit WQ0003035. The inspection was completed by DWR staff person Rebecca Chandler who
was accompanied onsite by Synagro staff Ryan Copeland. The inspection reflected compliance
with Permit No. WQ0003035.
