Met with Ryan of Synagro. Required paperwork and residuals analysis was present. Field RC-26 was being applied to. Restricted access signs were present, slopes were buffered out. There were no other features on RC-26 that required flagging. Some heavier application was noted on lowest parts of field, but grass was still visible.
