This permit authorizes you to discharge instream sand mining wastewater from your dredging operation. Please note that the sand piles are located very close to the stream and should be moved further back to prevent erosion. Also, the use of equipment has caused stream bank erosion, which you have attempted to fix with a makeshift retaining wall. At the time of the inspection, no negative impacts were observed to surface water.
