This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0032855. The soils analyses were done October 30, 2018. Fields HE-1 & HE-12 pH's were above 6. Residual parameters nutrients, metals & TCLP were analyzed as required by permit. All were within regulatory limits. Pathogen Reduction was accomplished using Alternative 1 (Fecal Coliform Density). The geometric mean was 15224 mpn/g. The fecal coliform samples were all collected on the same day. It is recommended samples be collected over a two-week period. Vector Attraction Reduction (VAR) was accomplished using Alternative 3 (30-day Bench Scale). The cacluation was done on volatile solids and appeared to be done correctly with a reduction of 12.7%.
