Dear Mr. Simons:

I conducted an inspection of the Murphy collection system on 12/17/2018, and my report from that inspection
is enclosed. I had forgotten to mail this out to you at the time and we are now much farther along in the
analysis and resolution of the overflows at the Tusquitee Ranger District property. Consequently this
inspection report probably doesn’t contain any new information for you.
