O&M records were reviewed. However, the records were not complete due to staff changes. The O&M records will be review will be completed during the upcoming LA event. A tour of the residuals process was performed during the site visit. Previous inspections indicated that the #2 digester/thickener had a significant cake build-up along the side walls reducing the holding capacity of the tank. This issue has been addressed. This facility has a storage capacity of 60 days. Tanks 3 and 4 are near capacity. An LA event will be scheduled to be performed within the next couple of weeks, scheduling and weather permitting. The MRO requested to be notified of the LA event, as we wish to observe the emptying of the storage tanks. Tank #1 continues to hold residuals from Conover.
