Stormwater Management Plan
Dear Mr. White:
We have reviewed the Stormwater Management Plan and calculations submitted for the above
referenced subdivision. Based upon the information submitted, the plans have been approved with
the following conditions:
1. The maximum impervious surfaces approved for this subdivision is 4,500 ft2 per lot for 94
lots.
2. Please indicate all drainage easements, riparian buffers,jurisdictional wetlands, and flood
hazard areas on the Final Plat.
3. A stormwater certification by the engineer of record will be required at the completion of
the project. A letter of credit or bond certified by the engineer of record must be submitted
for any outstanding work prior to final plat recordation.
4. Note that the NCDOT driveway pipe certification letter will be required before the Final
Plat can be approved.
A copy of this letter will be forwarded to the Planning Office for their files. If you have any
