In a letter Dated April 1, 2019, additional information was requested in the review of Southern
Soil Builders, Inc. renewal of land application permit WQ0037135.
You will find enclosed with this letter all the updated maps as requested. Also, the map for field
LB-01 has also been included.
I have also included an updated Land Application Site Certification form with the updated
acreage. The new acreage listed on form LASC is 372.72 net acres.
