Good morning, Elizabeth!
I am reviewing the NOI that was submitted for coverage under the NCG010000 Construction Permit, and I noticed that
the waterbody for this project in Belmont was entered was "South Fork," and the index number was entered as "WS-V,
B" (that's the classification — not index number). Based on the project location, it looks like the entry was supposed to
be the Catawba River/Lake Wylie, index number: 11-(123.5) (see below). Could you please verify this is the correct
segment? I am able to revise the index number and could approve it with a note about the revision.
