Inspection Summary:
This inspection was conducted as a routine inspection to assess the compliance of this facility with the NPDES General
Permit NCG030000. During this inspection I met with Alex Roberts to assess the SWPPP, analytical monitoring, qualitative
monitoring, and site BMPs and outfalls.
During this inspection I noticed few deficiencies including employee training, facility inspections, and record keeping. Please
ensure all records are maintained for at least 5 years including analytical monitoring, qualitative monitoring, facility
inspections, etc.
