My comments/edits are provided below: 1. Page 2, Section 1.2- it says that the 30 foot access easement along Al will be released prior to recording the new easement. will there be another access point for the long term steward of Phase I to access Phase I? Have you contacted that long term steward to make sure that is acceptable? 2. Page 3, Section 2.1— dates on the pictures are from August 2017. Please provide updated photographs. 3. Page 3, Section 2.1- 2nd paragraph: provide any changes to landuses or riparian areas since the date of the DWR visit in October 2018. If no changes have occurred, please state that in this paragraph 4. Page 3 below Table 1: explain how you confirmed 02R.0403 was complied with. Did you pull any data? If so, reference that data here as requested for the Wall BPDP. 5. Section 2.6 - you reference the SHPO response for Phase I. Please include the response from SHPO that identified no historic resources were found. 6. There wasn't anything in Section 2 regarding a FEMA review. Please provide that information and whether the site will have any negative impact on the FEMA floodplain. Same as requested for Wall site 7. Pg 9, below Table 5: For this bank, you only need one ledger. There also isn't anything to convert for this bank so you can remove all the language that doesn't apply here. 8. Table 5 — It's hard to tell where the 0.03ac along 131 and the .06 acres along 133 are, when looking at the corresponding Figure 7. Please zoom in to those areas if you can 9. Table 6 — Can you clarify below the table, that there is no overlap with the riparian widths from Phase 1? 10. Table 7—there were edits made to the credit release schedule in the UMBI. Please match. Everything looks pretty good.
