(use additional pages as necessary): ❑ Field Copy ❑ Final Notes IQ staff visted farm as a result of an aerial filght that showed possible ponding and puddles arournd hydrants. Staff found no ponding blems. At one hydrant wastewater appeared to be leaking from the hydrant and pooling around it. The pool had the potential to run the field and into a nearby drainage ditch. Mr. Walt Burney and Mr. Ricky Blackburn were the company representatives and stated y would build a berm around the pool to prevent it from leaving the area. Mr. Blackburn also closed a valve to stop the leak.
