Station
Dear Mr. Randall.
I am requesting alternate sampling locations for outfall SWO05 and SWO07 at Allen Steam
Station. The approximate locations of the alternate sampling locations (see enclosed figure) are
the last inputs to these drainage systems. Outfalls SWO05 and SWO07 are underwater certain
times of the year, and the+r location makes representative sampling impractical (see enclosed
pictures). Pictures of the alternate sampling locations are also enclosed.
