Inspection Summary:
On October 16, 2018 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Gary Stroup and Kevin Stroup on site.
Compliance issues from the Notice of Violation have been addressed and the notice of violation is now closed.
Additionally, to avoid further violations in the future, please note the following:
1) The permitee shall record and document all inspections required by the permit.
2) The permitee shall continue forming the onsite SWPPP to meet all requirements of General Permit NCG140000.
3) The permitee shall monitor the areas associated with the offsite release of concrete waste for any future impacts.
