A new wastewater facility was constructed at Queen's Court in 2015 to replace the old plant. The plant and the high-rate infiltration fields are well maintained. The facilty is permitted for 24,000gpd and currently, in the off-season,the flow averages 3000-5000gpd. Only one train was in operation due to the low flow. The three monitoring wells on site appeared to be in good condition and were locked. GW records indicated compliance since 2014.A review of NDMR and NDAR records since 2016 showed three NOVs: 12/2016 Missing Total Phosphorus 07/2017 Daily Fecal limit 10/2017 Monthly BOD limit Please review the question section of the inspection report for further details.
