for an NPDES Stormwater Permit to discharge stormwater associated with industrial activities at a facility
located at Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU), 6280 Sunny Point Rd, Southport, NC,
Brunswick County. The facility discharges to waters designated as the Cape Fear River & Nigis Creek,
within the Cape Fear River Basin.
NC State Port Authority, PO Box 9002, Wilmington, NC 28401 has applied for an NPDES Stormwater
Permit to discharge stormwater associated with industrial activities at a facility located at NC State Port
Authority — Wilmington, 2202 Burnett Blvd, Wilmington, NC, New Hanover County. The facility discharges
to waters designated as the Cape Fear River, within the Cape Fear River Basin.
