Reason for Visit- Routine Comment: The permittee has identified 13 outfalls on site, which drain either to the Catawba River or to Long Creek. All stormwater outfall pipes or the areas around the pipe were observed during the inspection (due to vegetation growth) and no illicit discharges were noted. The permittee should request representative outfall status for those outfalls, which drain similar areas on site. The permittee currently leases space on site. Stormwater runoff from the leased areas of the site discharges to the influent of the on -site wastewater treatment. ®nnn Page: 4
