Dear Mr. Sir or Madam:
On October 11, 2006, the Division of Water Qualit• (DWQ) received your application dated September 27,
2006 to fill or impact 0.09 acres of wetlands. 60 feet of perennial stream, and 3243 square feet of Zonel and
2090 square feet of Zone 2 of the Tar-Pamlico Riparian Buffer to construct the proposed residential subdivision.
On December 13, 2006, the DWQ received your response to a Request for More Information letter sent on
November 30, 2006. The DWQ has determined that your response was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate
information for item No.l as discussed below. The DWQ ~zll require additional information in order to process
your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we
receive the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as
required by 1~A NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this
additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review ~~our
project.
Additional Information Requested:
1. Please indicate the location of the protected buffers as overlays on the site plan. Please be sure to break
out the buffers as Zone 1 and Zone 2 clearly on the site plan.

Please respond in writing within three weeks of the date of this letter by sending this information to Mr. Kyle
Barnes of the DWQ Washington Regional Office and Ian McMillan of the 401 Oversight/Express Unit in
Raleigh, NC. If we do not hear from you within three weeks, we will assume that you no longer want to pursue
this project and we v~Till consider the project as withdrawn.
