Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) report for the inspection
conducted at the subject facility on February 13, 2009, by Mr. Michael L. Parker with this Office. Thank
you for your assistance and cooperation during the inspection.
The enclosed report should be self-explanatory. Overall, your facility's Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan (SPPP) was well developed and implemented, however, there were certain sections of
your SPPP that need to be updated and/or revised. These areas were discussed during the inspection and
are also noted on the attached inspection report. As a reminder, please notes that your SPPP should be
updated on an annual basis as required by Part II, Section A, No. 7 of your permit.
