Sampling Points (See Figure 1 and Figure 2) 1. Influent-Regular composite sample taken prior to mixing with side streams; as collected for NPDES monitoring. 2. Effluent-Regular composite sample after dechlorination, as collected for NPDES monitoring 3. Aeration Basins - Collect a grab sample as collected for process control. Fourth Creek-a grab sample from both aeration basin#1 and#2. Third Creek-a grab sample from the oxidation ditch#1. 4. Sludge to Disposal - Sampling as per Sta-Lime and Land Application Permits. Fourth Creek and Third Creek have a digester sampling point at the aerator located between the sludge pump station and the sludge pumps. Percent Solids and Sour Tests are conducted from this sample. The sampling point for Sta-lime is located at Fourth Creek's Sta-lime Sludge Treatment Facilities. Third Creek hauls the sludge to Fourth Creek. Cake Sludge is sampled at the Sludge Press for Synagro. 5. SIU(s) - Sampling locations as per Industrial User Permit(s) (IUPs). 6. Uncontrollable—Collect a grab sample at designated sampling site. B.
