Dear Mr.Hassan,
The purpose of this letter is to report to you the conditions of our pretreatment program
for the January-December 2018 monitoring period.
SIU's(Significant Industrial User's)
The town currently has two SIU Gardner Glass Products(Permit#0001)and Johnston Casuals(Permit#
0002).Gardner Glass Products tested a total of 52 times with no violations and Johnston Casuals tested 2
times with no violations.Therefore neither SIU is in SNC for this reporting period.
There have been no changes in either SIU treatment process.Johnston Casuals permit went into effect on
September 30,2015 and will expire September 30,2020.Gardner Glass Products permit went into effect on
September 30,2017 and will expire on September 30,2022.
