This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0022711. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. However, please note that prior to operating the reuse system, the turbidity and flow meters will require calibration. If the County has no immediate plans to utilize the Reclaimed Water Generation System, you may submit a modification requesting suspension of the reporting. The modification letter should be signed by someone with authorized signature authority and submitted to the Non-Discharge Permitting Unit. Chris Stahl and Jaimie Picou assisted with the inspection. The system is not currently in use. Per Mr. Stahl, the County has no plans to use the system in the immediate future. Prior to operation, the turbidity and flow meters will need to be calibrated. The reuse lines to Sites #1, #3 and & #4 were cut in 2016 during construction of a new landfill cell. Those lines were capped and will remain capped until repaired. Maintenance logs were reviewed and appear to be complete. An education program to inform users of the proper use of reclaimed water has been developed. Reclaimed water notification signs are posted at all 4 hydrant sites; hydrants are locked.
