change.
Please consider this correspondence as a request to change the signature page of the Flat Swamp
Mitigation Bank, Mitigation Bank Instrument document from Mr. Doug Lashley, Managing Member of
GreenVest, LLC and also the Managing Member of the GreenVest/Flat Swamp, LLC to Mr. Robert N.
Kessler, Managing Member of Environmental Heritage Investors, LLC and the current sole Managing
Member of the GreenVest/Flat Swamp, LLC which became effective as a result of the LLC manage
change.
