He requested this during the Dec. 14 meeting and was included in the response I sent to him. 2. Overall the project design did not change however, it was determined that some of the wetlands can be restored (see breakdown sheet) after the temporary skimmer basin was redesigned. Here is a comment discussing that from the Dec. 14 meeting. This can be seen in my response report to Andy after Dec. 14 meeting. Yes, this temporary skimmer basin has been redesigned as requested. Upon redesign a smaller portion of the wetland will be impacted. Once the skimmer basin is removed; the wetland will be restored Please let me know if you have additional questions. Did the project include temporary impacts? None were listed on the PCN and hence none were listed on the 401 authorization. 2. DWR received a copy of your response to Andy's comments dated December 14, 2018, and my understanding was that response clarified some questions, but the project design didn't change. Is this correct? Did additional discussions or revisions take place? Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov<mailto:report.spam@nc.gov> All, There are a few questions about the 404/404 permits (attached). Can you please clarify and document accordingly? 1. The 401 does not discuss any temporary impacts. This permit was issued before Andy's comments were completed. 2 2. The 404 permit reads W2 permanent impacts are 0.3 acres. This number should be 0.03 acres. This would correct the math to show 0.47 ac. of total wetland impacts for W1 and W2 combined.
