The site is located at 108 E Wilton Ave (NC-56) at the intersection of E Wilton Ave and Douglas Drive on the south side of Lumley Road, east of its intersection with Page Rd within the City limits for the City of Creedmoor in Granville County. There is an existing public gravity main that is owned and maintained by South Granville Water and Sewer Authority on the west side of the site adjacent to the existing building. As part of this project, the existing gravity main will be relocated to be further away from the building. Around 2015, Creedmoor's collection system was acquired by SGWASA. The map on NCDEQ's website [htts: deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/water-resources/water-resources-permits/wastewater-branch/collection-, s)stems/collection-system-facility-map) still indicates that Creedmoor has a collection system that is active. Can you confirm this is what you need for this? Kelway, Could you help out with the certificate of public convenience and necessity? I've attached the application for reference. Item V. Receiving Downstream Sewer Information -The permit number listed is WQCS00303. Per our database, that permit was rescinded 04/13/2015. Please provide the correct permit number. Item VI. 1 is checked yes, however no Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity was attached. Please provide. Once this information is received we will move forward with drafting the permit.
