Dear Mr. Williams,
Kelli Park performed a Compliance Evaluation Inspection on the proposed site for
the Buckeye Creek wastewater treatment system on August 10th, 2018. The attached
Environmental Protection Agency inspection form notes the areas that were evaluated for
this inspection. The findings and observations are outlined below:
I. Permit
The NPDES permit became effective August 1, 2015, and expires on February 28, 2020.
II. Facility Site Review
The treatment system has not been built yet. The site is located across from Artists Aly
Rd on Highway 221. There is a cable across a dirt road that leads down to where the
plant will potentially be built.
