Attached are the request letter and supporting documents for the sand mining project behind the terminal groin at
Oregon Inlet. Please expedite authorization due to the completion date of Feb. 15th imposed by the USFWS for the
site. I’ll drop off the hard copies at your office in Elizabeth City tomorrow.
