* LTMP, IWS, SUO, HWA, ERP are up to date.
NPDES permit # NC0003450, was submitted for renewal and I am waiting
for my new permit.
• 1 did not receive a copy of the Town of Burgaw PAR report to send in with
mine.
• No permits have been issued. No new industry have come online since last
IWS.
