The permit expired on 1/31/2015. Per the standard conditions of the permit (See "Permit Expiration," usually in Section
B in one of the back Parts of the permit), the permittee continues to be authorized to discharge stormwater until a
renewal is issued if they applied 180 days prior to renewal. It looks like this application missed that deadline, but we are
very for behind on our individual permit renewals and continue to work on them. This application remains in review
status. It does not look like the application receipt was acknowledged at the time it came in, either, which is something
we owe the applicant. This permit is in the queue to be worked on as time and staff resources in our Program allow, and
we advise the permittee to continue to follow the conditions of the expired permit until they receive a renewal permit
from DEQ.
