Methane sampling was conducted August 27, 2018. No methane exceedances were noted during the monitoring event. The data from the sampling is included in this report. Residuals removed from the surface disposal unit - 364.1 tons or 264.2 dry metric tons (See attached hauling summary sheet). Residuals were placed in a lined land fill. BFI Landfill did not require new TCLP analysis for 2018 due to no change in the profile of the material. 2016 laboratory TCLP results are included in this report. Monitoring well data is not included in this report. All monitoring well data was incorporated into separate reports submitted in June 2018 and January 2019. This monitoring event was conducted in accordance with (1) regulation set forth in the New Source Performance Standard (NSPS), 40 CFR 60.755 (c) and (d); (2) 40 CFR 60, Appendix A Method 21, promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). A Thermo Environmental Instruments flame ionization detector (FID) was used to perform the emissions monitoring. The FID was calibrated at the beginning of the event, prior to use, meeting Method 21 compliance requirements. Calibration logs were completed by the field technician performing the work, and are included in Attachment A. Weather Conditions Weather conditions recorded August 27th during the monitoring event were as follows: August 27 Clear Dry Ground Wind 0-5 mph Temperature approximately 86° Fahrenheit Relative humidity of 74 percent Barometric pressure of 30.24"Hg BLUE FLAME CREW A DIVISION OF BOOS RT GROUP As per the NSPS regulation, this monitoring event was performed during typical meteorological conditions. Monitoring Summary On August 27, 2018, a Blue Flame field technician monitored the Sites surface along the site -specific traverse pattern and at areas suspected, based on visual observations, of exceeding 500 PPM above the determined background methane, gas concentrations. No exceedances (FID readings greater than 500 PPM above background measurements) were detected during this monitoring event (see Attachment B — Daily Log). During the monitoring events, Blue Flame observed that the ground surface appeared to be in fair condition. Blue Flame did not notice any unusual odors.
