The inspection revealed that no wastewater facility has been constructed.After talking to William, one of the business owners, he reported that the wastewater from the store is being routed to the Valley Creek Apartments wastewater plant next to the store.This wastewater plant is currently maintained by Water Quality Labs in Banner Elk Please remember that before you install a wastewater system you must receive an Authorization to Construct from the Division,which includes submittal of plans for the system.
