The Division received the request to rescind the subject Certificates of Coverage (CoCs). We do not
object to your request.
NCG500322 and NCG500630 are hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close
the files for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future your institution wishes to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters,
it must first apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the
only notification you will be sent regarding these rescissions. No hard copy will be mailed.
