I'll make a note to mention rescission of the current permit when applicable in future NCGNE letters. I looked at BIMS to see about approving the No Exposure but I don't think I have access or permissions necessary to do that unless I'm looking at the wrong page? Keen@NCDENR.gov 610 East Center Avenue, Suite 301 Mooresville, North Carolina 28115 From: Georgoulias, Bethany Sent: Monday, January 14, 2019 11:02 AM To: Khan, Zahid <zahid.khan@ncdenr.gov>; Keen, Holliday V <holliday.keen@ncdenr.gov> Subject: No Exposure NCGNE1278 and NCG030277 Rescission Holliday, I had a call from Mr. David Stamps because they now have a No Exposure (NCGNE1278) and no longer need NCG030277. He said they got the No Exposure Certification back in September. The No Exposure was never finalized in BIMS, but we do have a letter dated 9/6/2018. Also, NCG030277 is still active. The No Exposure letter did not reference rescission of that permit — is this the correct permit to rescind? We can do both these steps on our end, but I wanted to verify with you before we did. In the future, it's helpful for the RO to make sure that the No Exposure is issued in BIMS when the letter goes out, and to make sure it references the permit that will be rescinded at the same time. Usually Laura would double-check when she saw the letter come through CO, but she moved on to a new job this past September, so she may not have gotten to this one. Thanks!
