We received your request for a Name/Ownership Change for NPDES Stormwater Permit NCG180238, submitted on
December 19, 2018. We have made the revisions to that permit in our permitting database; please find the attached
Permit Contacts Summary Report reflecting the changes. I have also attached a new Certificate of Coverage (COC).
