on their position regarding issuing a letter to EPA giving NC approval to access CBI submitted in their TSCA
registrations.
Therefore we want to continue seeking access to the TSCA CBI material through EPA.
Please let me know asthe guidelines and instructions for states to submit requests for CBI is developed.
In the interim, we will:
* gather the names of individuals in our organization that would have access to the CBI;
w indicate why they need access; and
* document control measures to ensure only those individuals will have access.
Ifthere are other interim steps xveshould beworking on, please advise.
