Subject: Chenmourssite visit
I have made a site visit to the Chemours facility to verify GENx wastewater was being held in storage
tanks before it was being shipped to an out of state disposal site. All wastewater from the GENx
production (PPA Manufacturing Site) site is stored in tanker trailers before being shipped out. All
wastewater from the facility where GENx is created as by-product is being held in a storage tank or in a
rented storage tank until itcan betransported.
