From: Culpepper, Linda Sent: Tuesday, November 18, 2014 11:35 AM To: Wilkins, Mark; Mccarty, Bud Subject: DuPont Two items from Mitch needed for the DuPont discussions: Currently there are 5-10 acres that have restricted used due to concrete slabs with contamination. What would the cost be to address the slabs such that those 5'10 acres had unrestricted use (able to build onthe slabs, or have them removed and able to rebuild/reuse the area)? Cost of insurance — what would it cost DuPont to get an insurance policy to cover the cost of addressing any future environmental problem at the site (for example if another landfill was found a few years from now)? I imagine Jenny Lopp would have ideas on contacts that would know the range of insurance items currently available and some ideas onpotential costs. Mark — I know Bud is out until Thurs.
