It is with some embarrassment that I ask this next question, but has a modified NPDES Permit NCO003573 been issued by NC-DWR this year for a change in facility name and/or ownership? My facility became a wholly owned subsidiary of the DuPont Company on February 1, 2015, and a Name Change form was submitted around 03-15-2015 (see attached). Then this facility officially separated from the DuPont Company on July 1, 2015, and a Change of Ownership (from DuPont to Chernours) was submitted to Tom Belnick on 06-19-2015 (see attached). The reason I ask is that I have a fleeting memory of receiving an approved modified pen -nit, but if so I cannot find it. I very well might be thinking of the Title V Air Pen -nit and the RCRA Hazardous Waste Pen -nit, both of which also had the changes to operator and owner. Thanks! Mike Michael E.
