Dupont in Bladen County (FRO) is adding a Buticite reactor (0900009.98A) to their facility in
Duart. However, there is a pending renewal (0900009.97.B) to their permit with 03537R17 and
they plan to submit an application for a control device to comply with the Printing and
Publishing MACT (to be 0900009.98B) by the end of May..
Ken Babb and I have decided to combine all applications for one permit revision (036375R18).
The renewal time clock is presently suspended by add info, and the Buticite reactor addition will
also be suspended with a P.E. seal request. I request that you assign the upcoming printing
emission control device permit to me so that I can roll all three of theses applications into one
revision.
