Notification of applicability of the Printing & Publishing NESHAP
Air Permit No. 3735R17
Dear Mr. Babb,
Enclosed are six copies of an application to modify the DuPont - Fayetteville Works air
permit to construct and operate a control device (water scrubber) on the Butacite® Tinting
Process, denoted as BS-6 in the subject air permit, and as BS-D in the previously submitted
Title V air permit application. Three copies are marked as confidential since they contain
proprietary process and production rate information, and we request that DAQ maintain
these copies in your confidential files. Three copies have the confidential information
removed, and can be considered as public information. `
Additionally, this permit application serves as the notification to NC-DENR that this
facility is subject to the Printing and Publishing NESHAP (Part 63 Subpart KK) as required
by 40 CFR 63.830(b)(1)(iii).
Also included is a check for $781 to cover the application processing fee, and a
Consistency Determination from Bladen County, North Carolina.
