This letter is to inform you of the above mentioned meeting schedule for
this area. As a Title V facility in the Cumberland and Harnett County area, we
believe this information will be useful in your long-range planning. The
meeting for the public and regulated community is set for 7 pm on Monday, 10
May 1999 at the Cumberland County Headquarters Library on the corner of
Maiden Lane and Ray Avenue in downtown Fayetteville, NC.
For your information I have also included a copy of the press release
from the Division of Air Quality that will explain the purpose of this meeting in
more detail. I would recommend that you, or your environmental coordinator,
