Process & Emission Description:
Methylene Chloride is used as a heat exchanging fluid in many of the processes
in Nafion. It is a closed loop system. All emissions from this system are a
result of equipment leaks or spills.
Basis and Assumptions:
A material balance is used for calculating fugitive emissions.
