I. Summary
This application is for an administrative amendment to Permit No. 03735T23. The Permittee
called on January 9, 2004, in regards to the recently issued Initial Title V permit. The Permittee
requested that the effective date be 45 days after the issue date.
II. Action
The corrected permit, No. 03735T24, was issued on an as soon as possible basis (January 9,
2004), and the cover letter was faxed to the Permittee. The only modifications to the permit were
the date and permit number. There was no change in regulatory stipulations.
