Enclosed is a copy of an application to modify the DuPont Company — Fayetteville Works'
Title V air permit to allow for the operation of an new manufacturing unit that will produce S�•1.��
SentryGlas® Plus ionoplast interlayer sheeting. The purpose of this submittal is to assist the j�N
Division of Air Quality in issuing the modified Title V permit in a timely manner.
Also enclosed you will find a check for $834.00 to cover the cost of the required application
fee. In addition, an envelope containing a Form B9 with confidential information is included.
As required by our Title V permit, .the original and one copy of this application are being
delivered to the Fayetteville Regional Office.
