Two errors have been discovered in the DuPont Company — Fayetteville Works' Title V
Annual Compliance Certification for 2006. For permit condition 2.1.D.1(d)(11), the inspection
date of July 12, 2005 should be July 12, 2006. A corrected page 29 is attached. For permit
conditions 2.1.C.4(e)(1) and 2.1.C.4(f), a copy of the deviation letter dated 07/25/2006 was
omitted. A copy of that letter is attached.
